All items are thoroughly checked for quality control before shipping.
Returning is always a hassle and that is something we understand, so to make the process as easy and fast as possible, please follow the steps below!
We suggest for returns to use the same postage service (SF), please keep the paperwork until we have acknowledged receipt of your package.
- We accept refunds for no reason!
- We currently do not offer exchanges of items.
- You have within 30 days of the shipping date to make a return.
- Returns may take 4 days to process.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed with tags intact.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- Separate orders cannot be returned as one.
- We do not accept returns on items that were on sale.
- We reserve the right to return the items to you based on any of the terms outlined in our policy, goods will be returned to you in the same condition that they are received in.
- We assess returns on the above basis, if your item does not fit the criteria it will be returned to you.
